As we move forward in this new school year, I’m reminded of the dedication and teamwork that make Whitehouse ISD exceptional. Every decision we make is guided by what’s best for our students, and I’m grateful for the staff, families, and community members who help us create a safe, and supportive learning environment.       C. Safety & Security Update - Mr. Brown, Director of Safety and Security, shared results from our recent TEA School Safety and Security Audit, and the news is excellent! Whitehouse ISD scored very well, with every campus commended for fostering a positive culture. Our facilities and grounds were noted as being well-maintained, reflecting our district’s high standards. This audit confirms what we know to be true: Whitehouse ISD is committed to ensuring the safety and security of every student and staff member.


      D. Enrollment & Staffing Update - Chief Human Resources Officer, Mrs. Matthews, shared the latest staffing and enrollment updates, and there’s plenty to celebrate! Our staffing levels reflect fiscal responsibility while ensuring a positive experience for students. Whitehouse ISD’s teacher retention rate stands at 89%, well above the national average. We’re also proud to have 74 Whitehouse ISD graduates serving in our district, including 13 new hires this year!
